I was on TikTok today and saw a guy who said he posted 14 times a day for 365 days.
I had to pause for a minute because the human mind usually goes one of two ways when it hears something like that.
IS THIS CRAZY OR IS THIS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF CRAZY?
Now, the entrepreneur in me knows that’s not excessive. That’s focused discipline.
Here’s the thing. His main goal was to post 14 times a day for 365 days. But that was also his output frequency.
BECAUSE A GOAL MEANS NOTHING WITHOUT ACTION.
This is what amazes me about creating content.
If you told most people to post 14 times a day, the first thing they would ask is, “How am I going to do this? Am I going to have time?”
But that’s the wrong question.
THE RIGHT QUESTION IS, “BY THE TIME I’M 30 DAYS IN, HOW MUCH BETTER AM I GOING TO GET AT THIS?”
That was the approach I saw in what he was doing. It was about the practice. It was about the output.
When you put out that much content talking about something you genuinely believe in, you’re going to learn something. You’re going to improve. You’re going to get better, and you might produce results you couldn’t have predicted when you started.
That alone makes the practice worth it.
I don’t know what his situation was. Was he working a 9-to-5 and recording videos every chance he got? He didn’t say.
But clearly, he believed that doing this could help him get closer to the freedom he wanted in his life.
WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO TO HAVE FREEDOM IN YOUR LIFE?
That kind of output led to brand deal after brand deal.
Maybe that was the goal. Maybe it wasn’t. Either way, the output produced results.
And that’s what I want you to think about.
You don’t have to post 14 times a day. That’s not the point.
The point is to get honest about your goals, the work required to reach them, and the amount of practice you’re willing to put in.
HOW DOES YOUR OUTPUT LOOK EVERY DAY?
